I found the TV License to be the easiest, however they ignored my first letter and you will see why [lol] I then sent the Word Document below and got a response saying no licence is needed.

Use the Word Document Letter and include £1.00 coin if they send you a cheque back for the £1.00 DO NOT cash it rip it up and throw in the bin.
